Offbeat Outfitters wants you to feel good in every purchase. Each product is printed on demand specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this custom production process, we only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, defective, or confirmed lost in transit. We’ll gladly honor a free reprint or full refund within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

  • Misprinted items
  • Damaged or defective merchandise
  • Shipments confirmed lost in transit

Non-Returnable Circumstances

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Personal preference
  • Wrong size

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, Offbeat Outfitters generally cannot process returns for items due to buyer's remorse, personal preference, or sizing issues. All return and refund decisions are at the discretion of Offbeat Outfitters.

How to Initiate a Return

Please initiate a claim with Offbeat Outfitters customer service, providing your order number and photos of the issue. All requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order. If your return is approved, a customer service representative will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Timeline

Once processed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
